🧡💙 COMMUNITY SUPPORTING OUR WARRIORS

We are incredibly grateful to VFW Post 6978 of New Whiteland for their generous donation to the Clark-Pleasant Angel Fund!

Their gift will help cover unpaid school meal debt for Clark-Pleasant students, providing meaningful support to local families while making sure our students can focus on what matters most — learning, growing and being kids.

We are so fortunate to have community partners who continue to step up and invest in our students and families.

Thank you, VFW Post 6978, for your generosity and for showing our Warriors just how much their community cares. 🧡💙

THANK YOU, FORUM FOUNDATION!

We are excited to share that the Ruth Callon Center has been awarded a $509.48 FORUM Foundation Educator Grant to create a new game room for students!

With 150 applications submitted for the 2026–2027 grant cycle, we are thrilled to have a Clark-Pleasant project selected for funding. Thank you to the FORUM Foundation for investing in educators and providing opportunities that help bring great ideas to life for students! 🧡💙

The new game room will be used as an incentive and reward for RCC students, while also creating opportunities to practice important skills like taking turns, interacting with others, being a good sport, and learning how to win and lose gracefully. And, of course, it will give students a place to simply have some fun together! 🎲♟️🃏

This is also one of the ways CPEF works to support our schools. In addition to providing grants directly through the Education Foundation, we help Clark-Pleasant staff identify and apply for outside grant opportunities that can bring even more resources into our schools.

Every additional dollar we can help bring to Clark-Pleasant means another opportunity to support our educators and students.

Congratulations, Ruth Callon Center, and thank you again to the FORUM Foundation! We can't wait to see the new game room come to life!

🎃🍬 MORE THAN 750 KIDS + ONE AMAZING NIGHT! 🧡💙

Our 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat was a HUGE success! More than 750 kids came out with their families to Whiteland Community High School for a night filled with costumes, candy, decorated trunks and plenty of Warrior spirit!

A huge THANK YOU to the local businesses and community organizations that showed up for our families. We are incredibly grateful for the time, candy and creativity you brought to the event. Your support helped make the night so much fun for our kids!

We also loved seeing our own students hosting trunks and booths! From our elementary students all the way through high school, Warriors of all ages got involved in making the night special for their fellow students and families. 🧡

And a VERY special shout-out to Mr. Bob Brubeck’s WCHS business class! 👏 These students took on the challenge of planning and running the event as a class project, putting their classroom skills to work on a real event for their community. Their hard work paid off in a BIG way!

The event also served as a fundraiser, with proceeds supporting WCHS Prom and Post Prom.

Students working together across grade levels. Businesses and community partners showing up for our families. And a group of WCHS students getting the opportunity to turn classroom learning into a successful community event.

THAT is Warrior community! 🧡💙

Thank you to everyone who helped make our 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat such a huge success! 🎃👻🍬

We are especially excited to welcome Denton Floyd and Allure Apartments as new community partners as Allure Apartments becomes part of the Whiteland community.

Thank you to Denton Floyd and Allure Apartments for investing in our Warriors and supporting Clark-Pleasant families! 💙🧡

Is your business interested in making a difference for Clark-Pleasant students? Sponsorship opportunities are available to support the Angel Fund and other programs throughout our schools.

🌱 GRANT DOLLARS IN ACTION | Growing, Learning & Leaving a Legacy

CPEF grant dollars are helping students at the Ruth Callon Center learn, grow and create something meaningful along the way!

Through this grant-funded project, students are getting hands-on experience as they care for flower beds, use garden tools, learn about plant cycles and discover how flowers and vegetables grow. They’ve also installed bird feeders and have loved watching their new feathered visitors! 🐦🌻

But there’s an even more meaningful piece of this project still to come.

As students graduate from the Ruth Callon Center program and return to their home schools, they will have the opportunity to create a personalized paver for a memory garden—leaving behind a lasting reminder of their hard work and accomplishments.

The students are already excited about earning the chance to create their paver, and the project has become another source of motivation as they work through the steps of the program.

💙🧡 This is what Grant Dollars in Action looks like: hands-on learning, meaningful experiences and opportunities that help our Warriors grow.

CPEF is proud to help make projects like this possible for Clark-Pleasant students!

🏈 The Beeson Family’s Ultimate Warrior Game Day — Courtesy of the Blue Jeans Ball!

Friday night was a special one for the Beeson family, who got to experience Warrior football from a whole new perspective with their Whiteland Warriors Game Day Experience, purchased during the silent auction at our annual Blue Jeans Ball!

The family received field passes and spent the evening right in the middle of the Friday Night Lights action—from pregame warmups to an up-close view from the sidelines.

But we think one of the BEST parts of this experience is their personal tour guide for the night — Dave Heuchan! 🧡💙

Dave makes sure the kids have a night they won’t forget. He plays football with them, keeps them entertained with stories and games, takes them behind the scenes for a tour of the Warriors locker room and makes the entire experience just plain FUN.

The Beeson kids also got to help high-five the Warriors as they ran on and off the field and had a front-row view as Whiteland pulled out the 24–21 WIN! 🏈🙌

These are the kinds of experiences we love offering through the Blue Jeans Ball—not only because they support the Clark-Pleasant Education Foundation, but because they create memories for our Warrior families that last long after the final whistle.

Thank you to the Beeson family for supporting CPEF, to Dave for making the experience so special, and to Whiteland Football for helping us create another unforgettable Warrior night! 🧡💙

And if this looks like fun…you’ll want to keep an eye out for the experiences up for bid at the 2027 Blue Jeans Ball! 😉
