What You'll Do:

✔ Review and validate enrollment packets for completeness and accuracy
✔ Conduct and coordinate required background checks and screenings
✔ Determine eligibility status based on State and program requirements
✔ Communicate enrollment and background check outcomes to employers
✔ Collaborate with State agencies and community partners
✔ Track, document, and report compliance-related activities
✔ Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
✔ Identify and resolve enrollment discrepancies
✔ Stay current on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

✔ Retrieve and process FEA and timesheet voicemail requests
✔ Research and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
✔ Mail timesheets, enrollment packets, schedules, envelopes, and other requested materials
✔ Print and distribute reports
✔ Open and sort incoming mail
✔ Provide information about ARIS programs and services
