May is Mental Health Awareness Month. πŸ’šπŸ’š

May is Awareness Month. This month is dedicated to educating the community and reducing mental health stigma. It's okay not to be okay, but it is essential to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness in ourselves and others to get the help we need.

Some people suffer in silence, so always remember to be kind and check up on your friends and family. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, text REACH to 741 741 or call 988 for crisis support. You don’t have to bloom every day to be growing. 🌞🌱
