Student Excellence Foundation for Wheaton-Warrenville District 200

Student Excellence Foundation for Wheaton-Warrenville District 200 Combining the above initiatives with a quality District 200 education, motivates students to excel and “reach for the stars!”

Founded in 1992, the Foundation serves 1,800 educators and nearly 13,000 students in District 200 in 13 elementary, 4 middle, 2 high schools, an early childhood center, and a transition center, and is dependent upon parent and community volunteers. The Student Excellence Foundation engages the community to enrich educational opportunities for Wheaton-Warrenville District 200 students with:

* Stud

ent Excellence Grants, fostering innovation in the classroom.
* Future-ready learning resources, stimulating creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and collaboration.
* STEM materials (science, technology, engineering, and math), offering hands-on activities which allow students to retain more of what they are taught.
* Enrichment opportunities, such as educational events or scholarship programs.
* Distinguished Teacher Awards for those who personify educational excellence in the classroom.
