Illinois, get ready for some Big Ten fun! 🩸

Josh & Jase are helping Abbott spread the word about WE GIVE BLOOD, bringing Big Ten fans together to support patients through blood donation.

The school that drives the most eligible blood donations during the campaign will receive a $1 million grant from Abbott to advance student or community health.

Donation submissions open Aug. 26.

Josh & Jase will also visit Big Ten campuses throughout the season, celebrating the people and traditions that make each school special.

No matter which colors you wear, every donation is a win for patients.

During his visit, he learned about the journey blood takes from donor to patient and saw firsthand the care, expertise and coordination involved in preparing each unit for those who need it.

Summer donations have slowed. Patients' need for blood hasn't.

That's why Versiti has launched a blood donation appeal, encouraging eligible donors to schedule an appointment before Labor Day.

Nearly 15,000 donation appointments have been missed since Memorial Day, while local hospitals continue to depend on volunteer donors every day.
