Wethersfield Cub Scouts will be hosting their annual Soapbox Derby at Highcrest Elementary again this year and we need your help. Unfortunately, the price of wood and wheels is still high. In the spirit of scouting and building, we thought we could once again recycle old cars. The cars could be taken apart to make new kits for scouts to build their cars. Another positive, is getting that old car out of your garage! If you have an old Soapbox Derby car that you would like us to recycle, please reach out to me.

Tonight the Scouts put together some feral cat shelters with help Melinda and Gary from Old Wethersfield Stray & Kitten Rescue. Thank you to everyone involved with tonight's project. With everyone's help tonight went smoothly and efficiently.
