📣 Don’t forget—today is Chalk the Walk Day!

The PTO has already left two boxes of chalk in front of the school, so stop by whenever you have a chance and help us fill the sidewalks with colorful messages and drawings for our students! 💕

If you come by between 4–6 PM, your PTO presidents Brittany and Emalie will be there if you have any questions, want to say hi, or just want to learn a little more about what the PTO is all about!

We can’t wait to see what everyone creates!

🍎🍂 Fall 2026 Keane Kids After School Enrichment is Almost Here! 🍂🍎

⏰ Registration Opens Wednesday, August 12 at 8:00 AM!

Our most popular classes can fill in minutes (some within the first 10 minutes), so now is the perfect time to prepare!

📖 Step 1: Review the Fall Brochure
The Fall brochure is available online the week of August 3.

⭐ Step 2: Create Your Wish List
Review the program offerings with your child and add your favorite classes to your Parks & Recreation Wish List before registration opens.

✔️ You'll save valuable time.
✔️ You'll skip searching through all the Parks & Recreation offerings on registration morning.
✔️ You'll be ready to register as soon as the clock strikes 8:00 AM!

🏠 Step 3: Check Your Household Information
Please make sure your family's contact information is current. We use the information in the Parks & Recreation system to contact families in case of an emergency—we do not have access to school records.

💚 Registration Fee Update
After 10 years without an increase, our registration fee has changed from $10 per class to $12 per class. For example, a 6-week class is now $72 instead of $60.

This small increase helps us continue providing the high-quality enrichment programs your children know and love.

❤️ Financial Assistance is Available

A huge thank you to every family who participated in the APEX Leadership Program this year. This was our 5th year running the program and the best one yet! Our school raised $10,048 which is a 32% increase from last year! These funds will be used for the Student Activity Fund and Teacher Appreciation Week! A special shoutout to the following students who reached $10/lap: SEBASTIAN OESCHGER, KAYDEN BAEZ, FIONA DAVIDSON, LUCY IJOMAH, OWEN REINHART, JAXON LEONARD, BRAGG MARTIN
SPENCER FEEMAN, ADELINA GONZALEZ, JUSUF GUSTER, LOGAN MCCARY, LUCA MOTUZICK, LOVETT RIVERS, and SEEGAR MARTIN! A special donation will be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital thanks to the fundraising efforts of these students❤️

Congratulations to Ms. Rice’s 2nd grade class for being the highest earning class during the APEX fundraiser! They were in the lead the entire two weeks that we ran the program and brought in a total of $2973.58! As a reward, they got to silly string, Dr. Huber on the last day of school!
