Leadership Westerville Our vision is to create a network of well-informed, committed, and involved citizens who work together to advance the Westerville area community.

Leadership Westerville provides an inviting path that allows you to enhance your own skills so you can turn your vision for the community – and for yourself – into reality. Founded in 2001, Leadership Westerville is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. Our nine-month community leadership development program is offered in p

artnership with the City of Westerville, Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, Westerville City Schools, Westerville Public Library, and Otterbein College. You’ll become part of a network of intelligent, informed, and involved citizens working together to build a better community. In the process, you’ll refine the leadership skills you need in every area of your life.

On Tuesday, May 12, from 7–8 p.m., we’d love for you to join us at the Westerville Public Library for a reflection gathering called “Hope Through Action: Spring into Service.”

This is a chance for anyone who has served in April, or anytime, to pause for a moment, reflect on the experience, and connect with others. Reflection is important in service because it helps people understand what they learned, how they grew, and why their work matters.

There is still time to sign up to volunteer for Service Day this Saturday April 25! Volunteers will be assisiting older adults with yard projects like mulching, flower bed clean up, window washing, and more.

Volunteers will be provided with a free t-shirt and refreshments from Panera, Jet's Pizza, Cheryl's Cookies, Family Room Coffee & Bake Shop, Crumbl Cookies, and more.
