Reclaiming Wholeness LLC provides services to strengthen relationships in marriage and within organizations. For engaged and married couples, “Marriage Navigators” work with married (and engaged) couples to build a solid foundation for marriage, restore areas of brokenness to health, and strengthen the health of the relationship. This is accomplished by taking a non-traditional, Christ-centered ap
proach to marriage health through Premarital Coaching, Marriage Coaching, and Freedom Coaching. Engaging experiential programs are also offered periodically to further equip couples for handling challenges as they arise. Reclaiming Wholeness also partners with churches to provide Supplemental Marriage Support for their congregation, as well as Leader Marriage Coaching for their leaders and ministry teams. Supplemental marriage support includes Premarital Coaching, Marriage Coaching, Freedom Coaching, and Marriage Programs, all tailored to the needs of the church with the intent of strengthening marriages. The goal of Leader Marriage coaching is to help church and ministry leaders improve relationships among and between leaders and their teams, with the congregation, and personally in their family and marriage. Abundant Life Coaching is the operating unit of Reclaiming Wholeness that works with business and nonprofits. Services include Leader Marriage Coaching, Leadership Training, and Employee Relational Wellness Support. Leader Marriage Coaching is provided primarily to men who want to be better husbands and leaders to help them build relational strength. Leadership Training focuses primarily on the relationship side of leadership through the Transformational Leadership training program. Additionally, for those organizations willing to invest in overall relational health of their employees, Relational Wellness Support services may be provided to the employee and spouse through lunch ‘n learns, evening/weekend marriage workshops, or marriage workshops at meetings that include spouses, such as corporate Board meetings and award/recognition meetings.
