Gingerbread Cottage Craft Show Since 1997, Craft Show fundraising event to support the Westerville South Instrumental Music Boosters. We are a juried show. Applications are online only.

The WSIMB supports the Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Indoor Drumline and Marching Band programs at Westerville South High School encompassing 150+ students.

Happy Monday!! We are finalizing some payments with our initial vendors and are getting ready to start reaching out to some of our waitlisted vendors - are you excited?!

What does this mean? Once we are ready, we will reach out to 1-2 vendors at a time with an email letting you know that you've been moved from the Waitlist to the Show for 2026 and you will have 48 hours to accept or decline. Once (or if) you accept, we will send over your invoice and you will have a set amount of time to pay before we move on to other vendors on the list.

One last note: we have had a few vendors reach out and ask if they can be added to the current waitlist. At this time, we are FULL for the 2026 show and while we would truly love to be able to accommodate everyone, we just don't have the space. Trust us - we love you right back!! As always, if you have questions please reach out via email or messenger and we will do our best to respond within 24-48 hours. Have an amazing day!!

Good morning, everyone!! Can you believe we are just a little over 3 months out from the show?!

This is a reminder to those of you who have received invoices that your payments are due by tomorrow, August 25th. Please reach out via messenger or email if you have questions.

Happy Monday, everyone!

Invoices went out today to the vendors that have been selected for the 2026 show! If you received an invoice, that is your confirmation that you have been selected for this year and you have 15 days in which to pay that invoice.

Waitlist notifications also went out. If you're on the Waitlist, you do NOT have a table for the 2026 show and are on the list should cancellations arise.

Please feel free to message or email us if you have questions and we will do our best to answer within 24-48 hours.

We're looking forward to a great show and can't believe it's only 4 months away!!!

Happy Thursday, everyone!!

Quick reminder; our Waitlist form will be open until tomorrow night (Friday, August 7th) at 10pm. After that time, we will not be accepting any additional waitlist folks for 2026. You can go to our main form and complete the Vendor Application form linked on our site.

NOTE: If you had already completed a vendor form before June 30th, you do NOT need to complete a request to be on the waitlist. We are working really hard and are looking to send out our acceptance notifications by the end of the day on Saturday, August 15th.

You asked for a waitlist and we listened! Our sign up sheet is live and it will remain open until this Friday, 8/7, at 10pm. Once it closes, that is it for the 2026 show.

A few notes:

1) This is to be added to the Waitlist for a vendor spot, should one open up.

2) Signing up does NOT guarantee a spot in the show for 2026.

3) Please make sure you provide a link to your social media page(s) and be as specific as possible about the items that you sell.

Happy Thursday, everyone! Before we head into the Holiday weekend, we just wanted to provide a little information as to our timeline for vendor selection and payment for this year.

We are looking to notify vendors selected for the 2026 show by August 15th, 2026 and the invoices will be sent out shortly after. Payment will be due within 15 days of receipt of said invoice.

Please know that we are working hard behind the scenes to make this the best show it can be and with that, a large number of our volunteers are also volunteers for the Marching Band (which GBC benefits!) and many also work full time.

Thank you all so much and we're really looking forward to a great show!!
