❄️ BLIZZARD SURVIVORS CLUB – OFFICIAL UPDATE ❄️

Congratulations… we survived the Great Blizzard of 2026! 🥶🏆

Dear Residents,

Well… we made it! The Blizzard tried to move in rent-free, but we politely showed it the door. 😄

After days of snow piles that looked taller than some of our cars (and maybe a few of us!), we’re happy to report that all parking lots are now clear and safe. No more Olympic figure skating routines required to get to your vehicle! 🚗✨

Thank you for your patience, your cooperation, and for moving your cars when asked. You were troopers through it all — and we truly appreciate it.

Good news: The electrician will be here tomorrow to repair the parking lot lighting — so we’ll soon go from “Arctic Adventure” back to “Well-Lit Community Living.” 💡😄

Thank you all for being such great sports. Now let’s enjoy seeing blacktop instead of snowbanks! 😉

We know you’ve seen 50 winters, But apparently this one isn’t finished yet!

Yes… more snow. (We checked. It’s real.)
Another 1–3 inches coming today! 👵👴❄️

🚗 Please DO NOT move your cars. 🚧 Garage lot is still closed.

At this point, we’re all professional snow watchers.

⚠️ PARKING LOT SAFETY NOTICE ⚠️

OFFICE SIDE PARKING LOT LIGHTS ARE OUT

Residents are advised to use caution when walking in the Office Side Parking Lot.

Due to recent strong winds and heavy snowfall, the parking lot lighting system has experienced an electrical failure and is currently not operational.

Please be very careful when walking in this area, especially in the evening and early morning hours.

A licensed electrician has been scheduled to complete the necessary repairs within the next 24–48 hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and cooperation.
