At 3Rivers, we unite the strengths of GMS, Uplift, and IAM to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. This alliance combines decades of experience, passionate advocacy, and unwavering dedication to empower and uplift individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs.

3Rivers provides a variety of services, including Residential, Shared Living, Case Management, Career Planning, Community and In-Home Supports. Through collaboration, innovation, and unwavering commitment, we deliver high-quality, person-centered services that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and promote inclusion and independence. Moments like this are what 3Rivers is all about: empowerment, connection, and community.

During a game of Skip-Bo, one resident of our group homes invited others to join in, then took the lead by teaching staff and a fellow resident how to play. While some might see it as a simple card game, we see it as a meaningful reminder that everyone has something valuable to share. ♥️
