Mental health services is the #1 need in Washington County. This week, United Way teamed up with Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin to pack 100 mental health kits at NAMI Washington County, Inc.! 💚

Every year, United Way and Froedtert come together for a team volunteer event. This time, NAMI staff gave us a tour and shared the programs they offer right here in our community before our volunteers got to work.

The mental health kits will be distributed to NAMI and to the three partners that provide services through United Way’s Mental Health Initiative: Kettle Moraine YMCA - West Bend, The Youth and Family Project, Inc., and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Inc.

Thank you to the Froedtert team for your time and heart, and to NAMI for hosting and for the work you do every day. When we work together, we’re stronger and healthier as a community. 🙌

One of Washington County’s biggest cheerleaders is also one of its most generous neighbors. Al Jung has long believed in giving back, and he continues to support United Way as he prepares for his next chapter.
