We are incredibly proud of one of our STEM Fair winners, Siddharth Mohan, who recently competed at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in the Medical Innovation category with the same project that earned top honors at our STEM Fair.

In this short video, he shares the inspiration behind his invention and explains how it works. BAMA is honored to support this promising young innovator by sponsoring the continued development of his project. Our funding will help him build additional prototypes and move toward manufacturing an initial batch of Zer0Mask devices.

It's exciting to see a student project grow beyond the competition stage and take meaningful steps toward real-world impact. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement—we can't wait to see what's next!

Our Annual Awards Banquet was made even more special by the outstanding STEM Fair students who joined us to showcase their award-winning projects.

Guests had the opportunity to meet these talented young innovators, learn about their research, and see firsthand the creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that earned them top honors. From scientific discovery to engineering solutions, their projects highlighted the incredible potential of the next generation of STEM leaders.

One of the highlights of our Annual Awards Banquet was recognizing the incredible robotics teams that BAMA is proud to support:

A huge thank you to Jay Rogers, CEO of Haddy, for serving as our keynote speaker at the BAMA Annual Awards Banquet and sharing an inspiring look at the future of American manufacturing.

Haddy is home to the world's largest advanced robotic 3D printing facility, proving that production-ready digital manufacturing isn't just a vision for the future. It's happening right now.

One of the biggest takeaways from Jay's presentation was that digital manufacturing is transforming how products are made, and rebuilding America's industrial base has become a national imperative. His real-world examples showed exactly how innovation is helping manufacturers move faster, smarter, and more competitively.

It was fascinating to hear about Haddy's work with lululemon, Disneyland, Eureka Innovation, and the U.S. Navy, demonstrating how advanced manufacturing technologies are being applied across a wide range of industries.
