Great morning at the CEO Forum — How to Scale Your Business by Design, hosted in partnership with CEO Nexus at Tri-Tronics Company in Tampa.

We brought together CEOs and senior executives for an engaging conversation around what it really takes to scale a business without sacrificing profitability.

The discussion explored practical strategies across capital, culture, operations, technology, market opportunities, leadership accountability, and attracting and retaining better customers.

Scaling successfully doesn’t happen by accident, it takes intentional design, strong leadership, and the right strategy at every stage of growth.

BAMA was proud to join Hubbell today as they celebrated the expansion and grand opening of their new 25,000 sqft facility with a ribbon-cutting ceremony!

Attendees had the opportunity to tour the new space and hear remarks from Ken Welch- the Mayor of St. Petersburg, a representative from Senator Rick Scott’s office who spoke on his behalf, and members of the Hubbell team- Erik Christian and Joe DeLuca.

Thank you to Hubbell for hosting us and for being a valued BAMA member. We also extend a special thank-you to Kevin Gerrish for his service on BAMA’s Board of Directors and to fellow board members Cristine Torrefranca and Donald Dollar for attending and supporting this exciting milestone.

What a great night at Brews with BAMA at The Thirsty Buffalo Brewing Company ! 🍻🦬

We had an incredible turnout with 50 attendees, making for an evening filled with great conversations, new connections, and meaningful networking.
