Wishing our favorite AC/DC-loving surfer guy a BIG happy birthday today!!! We had a waterslide party planned, but thanks to all this smoke… we’re pivoting! One thing our crew has gotten really good at this summer is rolling with Plan B due to smoke Fingers crossed our favorite snow cone booth down at The Brave Warriors is open today.

“Hey guys… wanna learn how to buy a horse trailer?”
Yesterday, Jackson confidently asked for withdrawal at the bank, Max gathered the information we needed at the DOL, and Melissa kept us all smiling with her moral support. These are the moments that matter. Learning to ask questions, navigate the community (while stuck in the smoke), solve real-life problems, and work together as a team. Add in a few laughs along the way, and you’ve got a pretty great day.

Friendship. Life skills. Community engagement. That’s what The Healing Herd is all about.
