Here's What's for Lunch for October 13-16. RSVP online at f-cc.link/lunch or call our office at (509) 662-7036:

- Tues. October 13 – Chicken Salad Sandwich & Chicken Noodle Soup
- Wed. October 14 – Loaded Baked Potato, Chili & Side Salad
- Thurs. October 15 – German Sausage on a Bun, Baked Beans & Baked Potato
- Fri. October 16 – French Dip, Jo Jo's
Lunch will also come with sides and a dessert.

Cost is $5 for members and $10 for nonmembers. Kids under 12 are $5 and families who come with a member also pay $5 per person.

Reservations are required one business day in advance by 1 p.m. Lunch is served to you at your table promptly at noon so please check in before then. All ages are welcome.

Amy was our big winner last month at Tuesday night Bingo! $1,000 winner at Bonanza blackout!

Join us for Bingo on Tuesday evenings. Doors open at 4 p.m. and first draw is at 6 p.m. Open to the public.

A huge THANK YOU to Rent Me Portable Storage for providing us with a huge storage shed. Between our Second Chance Thrift Shop and our 2,000 members, we don't have enough places to store things, so this will be a great help!

David Belcher started what was the Friendship Brigade during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to stay in touch with people the community. Now called Friendship Bridge, the concept is spreading across the country, with kids and adults of all ages creating and sharing hand-written greeting cards with senior groups. Friendship Bridge meets at Foothills Community Center on the first and third Thursday of every month from 1 to 3 p.m. The group is always looking for more participants, as well as donated, hand-made and store-bought greeting card donations.
