It takes a community to make youth sports accessible.
Through PlayRox Bridge Programs, Community Investors partners with schools and community organizations to bring the joy and benefits of play directly to young people where they live, learn, and grow.

💙 Today, we’re celebrating our partnership with Excel Academy in East Boston!

Together, we’re creating more opportunities for students to:

At Community Investors PlayRox, our adult coaches are trained in positive youth development—because great coaching is about more than teaching a sport. It’s about helping young people feel safe, supported, valued, and connected.

And through our Youth Leadership Development Pipeline, young people become coaches, mentors, and role models themselves.

Adult coaches. Student coaches. One shared goal: helping young people thrive.

🏈 It’s National Youth Sports Week!

At PlayRox, we believe the Power of Play goes far beyond the scoreboard. For nearly 13 years, we’ve used sports and recreation to help young people build confidence, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and connection—while creating a place to belong, grow, and thrive.

This week, we’re celebrating the young people, student leaders, and coaches who bring the Power of Play to life—and sharing what makes the PlayRox approach different:
