Hello Pool Families!
As the weather cools down and summer becomes a memory, we wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU for another wonderful season at the pool!
We hope your family enjoyed plenty of sunshine, swimming, laughter, and time with friends this summer. Our pool is such a special part of the community, and it’s the families who spend their summers here that make it that way!
A Few Things Worth Celebrating! ☀️
We had some really positive changes this year, and we hope you noticed them too!
New Pool Management: We welcomed new management this season, and we’re so pleased with the improvements in how the pool was run.
Our Lifeguards: We had a great team of lifeguards who helped make the pool a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.
A Cleaner Pool: Cleanliness was a big priority this year, and we were happy to see improvements throughout the pool and surrounding areas.
We feel like 2026 was a great step forward, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going!
Dreaming a Little Bigger for the Future!
We have some ideas we’d love to bring to life in the coming years to make our pool even better!
A few things on our wish list:
New, comfortable poolside chairs
A paved parking lot
New picnic tables
Continued updates and improvements around the property
Of course, these things won’t happen overnight, but they’re goals we’re excited to work toward as we’re able!
A Little Pool Business: 2027 Membership Dues
As much as we love talking about the fun things, we also want to keep everyone informed about the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our pool running.
This past season, we had some significant expenses, including the replacement of two pool motors. Those necessary repairs, along with the continued rising cost of pool chemicals and maintenance, have taken a substantial bite out of our savings.
Just like at home, unexpected repairs happen! And while we’re thankful we had savings available to cover them, we now need to focus on building those reserves back up so we’re prepared for whatever comes next.
After careful consideration, the Board has decided to increase annual membership dues by $25 for the 2027 season.
But here’s the good news — you can still lock in the current rate!

Pay your 2027 dues anytime between now and December 31, 2026, and your membership will remain $375! (Great Christmas gift idea to ask Santa for this year!!)
2027 Membership Rates:
Now – December 31, 2026: $375
January 1, 2027 and after: $400
We wanted to give our pool families the opportunity to renew early and save a little money while also helping us prepare for another great summer.
Every early renewal helps us begin rebuilding our savings and planning for the upcoming season!

Have friends, neighbors, or family members who would love spending their summers at the pool?
We’re working on a new membership referral incentive to thank our current members for helping our pool family grow!
We’re still putting the finishing touches on the details, but stay tuned! We’ll be sharing more information soon about how you can benefit from introducing new families to our pool.
