In August, The Little Grocery served 390 separate households, including 1,190 people.

🚌 That’s roughly 24 school buses full of people (at about 50 people per bus).

Next Saturday, grab some friends and come join us to give The Little Grocery a face lift. The Little Grocery serves about 50-75 families each week with real groceries- actual meals for families, in an inviting space where they can shop for their own groceries and where junk food is not ever on our shelves.

We have over 30 shelves to put together and organize in just one day- and could use your help. Pick a shift or stay the entire day. 9-12, or 1-4.

Volunteer day today from 1-4. We will meet at the storage units next to Love Inc distribution center at

123 Tinkling Spring Rd, Fishersville, VA 24401

And the storage units are to the right of the Love Inc donation center, through the chain linked gate that is open.

We will be moving our clothes closet out of storage and to our new location less than five miles up the road.

Back to School is just around the corner, if you are looking for places to bring supplies to, if you need supplies, food, clothing, hair cuts, and other supports please check out some of these. Not all list but please feel free to share and add what your group is doing, where and when.
