Just finished the first 16 weeks of our original "Growing the Garden of You" program. Here is a testimonial from a participant.

How I feel about this amazing group.
Let me start by saying I am not a group person.
I was ambivalent about my commitment for the 1st half of the group. Even though I was, I participated. My defenses began to soften. My love for everybody in the group came early on. We are strong, amazing, traumatized women, all of us. We share from our hearts, support each other, and grow. We all make progress and it's amazing to be there for all these women and myself.
I love this group. I still have some reactions of course, but I'm here, and I'm committed... For me that's huge.
Ellen is relentless in her commitment and her gentle presence... Even in the face of my sometimes very challenging self.

Support our young people with trauma and addictive coping strategies to find a better way forward.

Support the participants in our “Growing the Garden of You” groups by providing scholarship money.

Support our horse “therapists”.

Many people are brave enough to face their past and change their outworn coping strategies while learning to balance their nervous system and practice skills promoting wellbeing and positive connections. They don’t always have the resources to provide compensation for the needed support! You can make a difference here and now. Will you choose to?
