📢CALL TO ACTION: Call your Congressional Representative to Pass the Farm Bill📢

The Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 is advancing in Congress, with a vote expected soon. This marks an important step forward in what has been a long-delayed process to reauthorize federal farm policy.

For Wisconsin, this legislation is especially critical given the state’s reliance on dairy and the broader agricultural economy. The bill includes provisions to strengthen dairy research programs, expand dairy consumption through nutrition incentives, and modernize tools like Dairy Margin Coverage and forward pricing programs.

Wisconsin Farm Bureau is calling on members to connect with their Congressional Representatives. Details for connecting with your representative are in the comments below. 👇

We’re continuing to celebrate Volunteer Week by recognizing those making an impact across Wisconsin!

Meet Miranda Ewald from Waushara County!

As the Young Farmer & Agriculturist Chair, Miranda is helping lead the next generation of agricultural advocates in her community.

Miranda believes involvement in Farm Bureau is critical because agriculture needs strong voices. Without people willing to step up and advocate for the industry, the future of farming could be at risk, and the impact would be felt by everyone.

To her, “The Power of One” is about bringing different strengths together. Each person offers a unique perspective, and when those differences come together, they create a stronger path forward toward a shared goal.

🚜🌾 National Agriculture Week

Behind every meal is a farmer.

Early mornings. Long days. Unpredictable weather.
Farmers continue to work every day to grow the food, fiber, and fuel that sustain our communities.

Today we encourage you to take a moment to thank a farmer for the work they do.
