It's a big week around here! 🤩 This Saturday (June 6, 9 AM–1 PM) I'll be at The Pinery Coffee Co. in Wausau for my first official Scorny Returns book signing, and the very next day Sandy's Summer Splash Into Reading kicks off for another summer of reading and supporting local literacy!

Kids ages 6–12 can participate from June 7–July 18. For every minute they read, sponsors donate a penny toward the Wausau Early Birds Rotary Club Reading to Go program.

Registration is FREE and kids can join anytime:

Jeff is the Executive Director at Dwight and Linda Davis Foundation, Inc. Did you know that the Davis Foundation provides grants for up to $7 to $8 million each year? The Foundation supports projects in the Greater Wausau Region, Door County, and Chippewa Valley. Some recent projects include: The Landing Wausau, the 400 Block stage, mall re-development, Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum, Children's Imaginarium, Boys and Girls Club, Monk Gardens, Good News Project, Inc., Bridge Street Mission, Wausau Whitewater, and a super-cool interactive maritime museum in Door County! (just to name a few). These are not just funding grants, they are consultancy, strategy, and community economic development support. Thank you to Jeff, Dwight and Linda Davis, and the Foundation team, for the incredible impact you have made on the Greater Wausau Region! 🙌
