Join Lee Shipway, retired mental health therapist as she explains the symptoms, prevalence and nuances of Postpartum Depression (PPD) and how to distinguish PPD from "the baby blues". Participants will learn how to help someone suffering from PPD, why many mothers either don't recognize the problem or hide the problem, and the two most common time frames of occurrence.

We hope you can join us and other community organizations this year for Wausau’s Annual Community Cultures Fest featuring the Backpack Bash event happening on Thursday, August 13th from 4pm-7pm at the Rothschild Pavilion!

Join us for food, games, live performances, and gather your kiddos school supplies for the upcoming school year! Each booth this year will be handing out school supplies to those in need.

This is a free event, open to everyone in our community! We hope to see you there.
