Our students brought their 'A-game' to the NWTC Tech Challenge last Friday!
In the Machine Tool Display Competition, Leo Chouinard earned a $1,000 Gold scholarship, while Carter Brown and Pierce Karl took home Silver and Bronze.
In the 3-D Modeling Competition, Anikan Stern earned a $1,000 Gold scholarship, while Kendra Hotvedt and Sawyer Petruska earned Silver and Bronze, respectively.
In the Creative Metal Fab Competition, Peter Volzka Guerino earned a $1,000 Gold scholarship.
In the Live Welding Competition, four of the six available $1,000 Gold scholarships were awarded to: Calvin Reinke, Ryan Wanty, Aiden Jordan, Jay Card! A huge round of applause for all!

When we think about Waupaca Wrestling, we don’t think of a program storied in tradition or long running success... but after digging into the history, it became clear just how much pride this program deserves.
We’ve had an impressive lineup of athletes come through these doors. From the 1980s to today. Waupaca has produced multiple state qualifiers, including several multi‑time qualifiers. Dozens of wrestlers have reached 100 career wins, and three have pushed past 150!
Our program has a story to tell, and now it is visible on the walls for every wrestler to see. It honors those who built the foundation and inspires the next generation of Waupaca wrestlers to keep raising the bar!
