A big thank you to UConn Waterbury and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute UConn Waterbury for having us! We shared important information about CHOICES Medicare updates, upcoming changes, and how to prepare for Medicare Open Enrollment.

Join us next Wednesday morning at the LOB for an important discussion about oral health care for older adults! Join COHI, the Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity & Opportunity, and State Representative Jane Garibay in an Older Adults Oral Health Roundtable.

Plus, featured Panelists Lisa Perry from the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach (CTMOM); Molly Cole from the CT State Independent Living Council; Shana Briley from the Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services (Aging Disability CT); Alison Dvorak from the Senior Resources Agency on Aging; and others.

Happy day, happy smiles! 🦷

Last Friday, WCAAA and CTMOM held a dental screening in preparation for our upcoming Dental Clinic on October 23!

We’re excited to partner with CFDO and CTMOM on this pilot clinic as we work to assess the need for dental care among older adults throughout the Western Connecticut region.

A huge thank you to CTMOM and CFDO for their partnership and support in making this initiative possible!

**Please note: We are currently adding eligible older adults from participating towns to the waitlist for the October 23 clinic. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.**

Working Past 65?
