The Waterbury Skatepark Project Update:

The Waterbury Skatepark Coalition is making a big push to raise the final $15,000 so that the full design of the concrete skatepark can be built.

The African proverb,"When spiders unite they can tie up a lion" emphasizes the power of unity and collaboration. We need your support. Even small contributions can have a significant impact when combined with the whole. As we approach the construction phase, we are stoked to bring this recreation asset to our community. We hope you agree.

After five years of focus, determination and incredible community support, we are thrilled to be planning to break ground this summer. A HUGE thank you to donors both local and afar, to businesses, to individuals honoring a loved one, fundraising events and grants, we have come a long way and the finish line is in sight. The skatepark is a professionally designed space for everyone, of all ages and skill levels and a lasting asset for our community. Together we can achieve this goal and start skating again in Waterbury!
