Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our posts, cheered us on during Power Hour, and supported us during Give Local Piedmont.

We are incredibly grateful for every donation, every share, and every word of encouragement. Your support helps us continue making a difference for RCPS students and staff throughout the year.

From all of us at the Rappahannock County Public Schools PTO β€” thank you for showing up for our schools and our community. We truly felt the love! πŸ’›πŸ’™

Our PTO President is truly our superhero πŸ¦Έβ€β™€οΈβœ¨. She shows up with heart, energy, and dedication in everything she does, always finding a way to make things happen for our students, staff, and families. πŸ’™

She’s the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps events running smoothly, the problem-solver who steps in when things get tricky, and the cheerleader who never stops supporting our school community πŸŽ‰πŸ™Œ. Whether she’s organizing events, answering questions, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, she does it all with kindness, patience, and a can-do spirit πŸ’ͺ🌟.
We are so grateful for her leadership, her time, and the countless ways she makes our school a better place every single day ❀️🍎

Every dollar raised during Rappahannock County Public Schools PTO Give Local Piedmont campaign goes right back into supporting our students, staff, and schools. πŸ’™πŸ’›

One program especially close to our hearts is our Clothing Cottage at both the elementary and high school. These spaces help ensure students have access to clothing, shoes, coats, and other essentials when they need them most β€” helping students feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.

Your donations also help us continue programs and events like:
✨ Teacher appreciation meals and support
✨ Scholarships for graduating seniors
✨ Woot Woot Wagon
✨ DARE Day support
✨ Holiday Shop
✨ Fun Run and other family events
✨ Student and staff support throughout the year

Because of this community, we are able to step in where needs arise and continue creating meaningful experiences for our schools. Thank you for supporting our students, teachers, and families through Give Local Piedmont!

❀️ Keep us in mind during Power Hour from 3–4 PM today, May 12th, when donations can help make us eligible to win additional bonus funding!

This year, Northern Piedmont Community Foundation has introduced some fun challenges to help nonprofits earn extra prize money during Give Local Piedmont! This morning’s challenge was to recreate a famous piece of artwork, and no one was more ready to jump in than Lynnie. She helped us recreate Rosie the Riveter in true PTO fashion!

It’s especially fitting because Lynnie has been a longtime member and supporter of our PTO, has served on our board, and has helped run Fun Run since its very beginning. We’re so grateful for all she does for our schools and community!
