PATH Foundation has awarded more than $1.8 million to 63 nonprofits serving Rappahannock, Fauquier and Culpeper counties, supporting needs from transportation and child care to food and housing.

What a MONSTER-ous amount of fun! 👻

Our Monster Mash Fun Run was a day full of smiles, costumes, running, trick-or-treating, and so many wonderful memories! None of it would have been possible without our amazing sponsors who helped bring this spook-tacular event to life. 🧡

Your generosity helps Headwaters support our students through after-school enrichment, scholarships, summer camp, and so much more. We are so grateful to have a community that shows up for our kids in such a BIG way!

Such a fun day!

Runners wove through the Town of Washington last Saturday during the second annual Monster Mash Fun Run Dash, a 5K fundraiser hosted by the Headwaters Foundation, a nonprofit that supports Rappahannock County Public Schools. Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, Inc.

The baskets were a BIG hit at the Monster Mash! 🎃

From amazing goodies to some very happy winners, our basket raffle added a little extra fun to the day! 🧺✨

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who donated a basket and helped make this part of the Fun Run so special. We are incredibly grateful for our generous community!

We are excited to continue our RCPS Healthy Community Action Team (HCAT) spotlight with Lacey Jenkins! Lacey is a proud mom of two RCES students and serves as the Executive Director of the Headwaters Foundation. She enjoys hiking, spending time with my family and friends, and truly enjoys the work she does every day. When asked why she was excited to join the RCPS HCAT, Lacey said, “I am excited to be part of the HCAT Team because I believe collaboration among youth-serving organizations is essential to the success and well-being of our students and school families. When we come together, we build stronger connections, expand resources, and create more opportunities for our youth to thrive.”
