We applaud the commitment to and hope this will help lead to removing the barriers that keep millions from rebuilding their lives.

We also urge further action to expand opportunity, reduce recidivism, and make second chances a reality.

For 250 years, America has stood as a Nation that believes in the potential of its people.  We are built on hope, hard work, and the enduring promise

A warrant requirement isn’t a compromise, it’s a constitutional baseline. If the government wants to read Americans’ communications, it should get a warrant.

Congress shouldn’t settle for half-measures when Fourth Amendment rights are at stake.

With Congress deadlocked on a foreign spying tool, a simple compromise is available.

🚨HILL ALERT

Members of Congress should vote NO on reauthorizing FISA Section 702. Rushing this process shuts down needed debate and leaves serious surveillance concerns unaddressed—including warrantless searches of Americans’ communications.

Reforms must come first.
