Women’s Health Month takes center stage next Saturday as we come together for our monthly Empowering Our Relatives outreach.

Women experiencing homelessness often face higher risks of health complications, barriers to care, and increased vulnerability while navigating life without stable housing — yet their needs are too often under-resourced and overlooked.

We’re calling volunteers, donors, and our community to show up and take action.

Education thrives when basic needs are met—and together, we’re turning that belief into action. 🇪🇹✨

The Distant Relatives Project is proud to launch our next initiative in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where we are transforming Dejazmach Geneme Primary Schoolinto a more supportive, inspiring, and creative learning campus. This project includes expanding learning spaces, building a dedicated library, and restoring access to clean water—improvements that will positively impact over 3,000 students, families, and community members.

The work is officially underway, with completion anticipated in early Spring. We are deeply grateful to our partners, supporters, and community for making this possible and for your continued commitment to developing and empowering underserved communities around the world.

Together, we’re not just building infrastructure—we’re building opportunity. 🌍📚💧
