πŸ“Ί Thanks to NBC Montana for spotlighting our work last week in Montana preparing learners for high-demand broadband careers!

πŸš€ With support from a $5.75M U.S. Department of Labor Strengthening Community Colleges grant, Education Design Lab is partnering with Montana’s two-year colleges to co-design skills-focused pathways that connect learners to economic opportunity, while meeting the urgent talent needs of the broadband industry through the Montana Rapid Broadband Training (MT- RBT) initiative.

🎨 THIS is what it looks like to design and equip institutional staff using our human-centered design process. It's SO inspiring to see leaders, partners, and students come together to boldly reimagine what’s possible, with students at the center every step of the way.

πŸ’› We're grateful to our incredible partners Cuyahoga Community College + Forsyth Technical Community College for making this work so impactful.
