The final countdown is on!!

The Castile C***r Mill will be opening for the 2026 season on Saturday, September 12th.

Many of you may already know us, but for those of you who donโ€™t, we are Will and Sara Emmons, the new owners. We are no strangers to this community as we were both born and raised in Wyoming County and have raised our children here as well.

The Castile C***r Mill is a timeless tradition! We are passionate about keeping the tradition alive! While there will be some new faces at the mill this year, you can expect to see some familiar ones as well. You can also count on the same delicious fresh pressed c***r, famous fried cakes, apples, baked goods, honey, maple products, and more. ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅง๐Ÿ

The C***r Mill will be open from 10 to 5 daily thru November 28th, Small Business Saturday.

๐ŸŒญ๐ŸŒญ On Saturday, September 12th, we will continue the traditional opening day celebration with complimentary hotdogs and a glass of soda or c***r (while supplies last) from 12 to 2.

FAIR RESTAURANT serves a delicious home style cooked meal each day of the fair from 4:45pm-7:15pm
Sat. Aug. 15 - Sliced Turkey & Gravy
Sun. Aug. 16 - Roast Pork
Monday, Aug 17- Sliced Roast Beef
Tuesday, Aug. 18- Baked Sliced Ham
Wed. Aug. 19 - Swiss Steak
Thursday Aug. 20- Chicken Barbecue
Friday, Aug. 21- Fish Dinner
Saturday, Aug. 22 - Baked Sliced Ham
All meals are served with a vegetable, potato, dinner roll, dessert, and beverage.
Also, Beef on Weck is offered daily from 11:30am-8:30pm, including a bag of chips and drink.
Meals and Beef on Weck are on sale in the Commercial Building near the fair office. Meals have been a tradition since 1962!
