There will also be a Friends Meeting at 5 pm on the 6th!

Just a reminder…Everyone is invited to this community-wide event. The formal ribbon cutting is at 3:00 pm, with children’s activities following, including visits from Belle and Spider-Man at 4:30, with the Warsaw Barbershop Chorus at 6:00 pm to finish out the festivities. Parking is available in any municipal lot, or street, and you are able to park on both sides of Court St. For those unable to attend, or looking for a quieter visit…we will be open on Monday, the 6th from 10-7! The library director will be available all day on the 6th for tours and to catch up!

Just to clarify this sentence, “Patrons wishing to return materials or visit the library before the reopening celebration may do so 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 6 or 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.”
That should read 10 am to 1 pm on Tuesday the 7th, and 4-7. We will be closing at 1 on Tuesday to allow staff to prepare and attend the reopening ceremony at 3. Staff will be available on desk beginning at 4-7 on Tuesday the 7th.
The library building will be reopened immediately following the ribbon cutting at 3:15.

WARSAW — Exactly 120 years after it first opened, Warsaw Public Library will be back to its regular business.
