We have reached day 9 and what a way to end this little run through the state ..We are heading to the Algoa Correctional Center tonight with our friend Jimmie Bratcher to fellowship, worship with some great Christian Blues music and share God's word with the men ..

Question:…what is your sentence looking like ??

THE BAD NEWS IS YOU’RE BORN AND SENTENCED TO ETERNAL DEATH.
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT IF YOU'RE BORN AGAIN INTO THE FAMILY OF GOD YOU ARE SENTENCED TO ETERNAL LIFE!

You cannot make dead better but you can make dead alive 🙌

Day 8 …1 to go..Off to Moberly Correctional Center tonight with our good friends Joe and Mary to share some hope and love with the men there.

Sometimes we're so ashamed of ourselves that we automatically feel like Jesus is too.
But He's not. He knew we would struggle, He knew we would make some wrong decisions, He knew we would go through some rough phases, but He still chose the cross.
Don't run from Him.
Run to Him.

Pray with us that these men tonight that haven’t would run into His Open arms 🙏❤️
Jesus do what only You can do !!

Day 7

This trip through the prisons has been amazing .. And we have 3 more services this week to experience. Praise God 🙌❤️

Off to Tipton Correctional Center tonight .Offering up some real Hope .. And Hope has a name ..JESUS..

I see so many people looking for an explanation about God …We don't need an explanation about God; we need an encounter with God. That's because when we see God for who He is, we will see our problems for what they are. If we have a small God, then we have big problems. But if we have a big God, then we have small problems. We ask and pray that these men tonight will encounter God and lives will be forever changed..Go Jesus.. Sic em ..
We ask YOU to do what only YOU can do 🙏🙌❤️

Jeremiah 29: 12 Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
13 You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
14 I will be found by you,' declares the Lord, 'and I will restore your fortunes and will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,' declares the Lord, 'and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.'

We have reached day 6 of this 9 day journey through the state correctional centers and what a way to spend it !!

BAPTISM NIGHT!!!!

Algoa Correctional Center…Tonight, we have the honor of participating in the baptism of 21 individuals who have decided to follow Jesus through the waters 🙌❤️

Only God can orchestrate such beautiful nights ..

Mathew 28:18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

How cool would it be today to go stand at the tomb where Jesus Christ was raised from the dead. We don't get to do that today but I do get to go and stand at the very altar where Jesus raised me from the dead 19 years ago….theJefferson City Correctional Center.

Please pray that these men tonight will Allow God to do what He did for me and so many others..what an honor we have tonight to go represent our Lord and Savior..Pray for us as well !!! Jesus do what only You can do🙏🙌❤️

And here we go .. Day 4. Chillicothe Correctional Center…Chillicothe, Missouri…

Here’s a little info for you that I’ve shared before .. hey it’s interesting z according to the billboard leading into town, Chillicothe is the home of sliced bread.. where it all began for you sandwich lovers😊

Our prayer today is that God would slice into some hardened hearts and set some ladies free who may not be free. Jesus, we ask You to do what only You can do and do it in such a way that there’s no doubt it was You🙏🙌❤️

Each story of transformation we witness showcases how Christ's love molds the broken into the beautiful, the lost into the found. Through His mercy, a new life begins, revealing a path filled with God's endless grace and love. The endless love and grace of Jesus, paves the path of hope and renewal.

Psalm 40:5 "Lord my God, you have done many things-your wondrous works and your plans for us; none can compare with you. If I were to report and speak of them, they are more than can be told."

If you were to attempt to speak of all God's works today, you could not speak of them all. However you speak of Him today, do it with passion, clarity-and humility.

We are getting there .. Day 3 - 6 more to go ..
Off toCrossroads Correctional Center for church in the gym tonight ..

Some of these men we will fellowship with tonight may never leave the razor wire until Jesus comes back, but we know they can be free of the prison they have created when they surrender to Jesus🙌❤️

Jesus we ask You tonight to do what only You can do🙏

John8:36 For whom the SON sets is free indeed !!!!!!

Friday night ..Day 2…
Algoa Correctional Center
And the statement of the day…

He will do it again

God is doing something and even if you can't see it right now, keep praying. Keep working. Keep trusting Him. He will prove that He is faithful. He is a promise keeper. He is your great provider. He won't forget. He will finish what He started in your life.
Phil.1: 6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.

A short testimony from a very dear friend that fits perfect with the scripture above!!

“I found myself at my very lowest. Strung out, on the run, with no hope, and no dignity left in me. No morals, no sense of direction with track marks up and down my arms. I was on a one way ticket to death and hell or if I was lucky ..back to prison. Homeless, dirty, stinky, and had only one thing on my mind. How am I going to get another fix?!

And back to prison it was .. and I got to encounter church in the chapel. More importantly I got to encounter God .. you would not understand unless you have been there ;what church is like on Friday nights at Algoa…

God has taken what was despised, broken and hated and has raised him up from death to life. He has pulled me from that wreckage and has filled me with His holy Spirit and I am no longer what I once was. Just taking a minute to remember all that He has delivered me from and I've still not gotten over it! If you are without hope today, lost today, or think there's no way out. Think again!! Thank you Lord for saving me and giving me a new heart and a purpose! “

2nd Corinthians 5:7 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

Eunice and I are beginning a little run through the correctional facilities for the next 9 days visiting and fellowshipping with those incarcerated.. so honored and thankful for what we get to do..

Tonight we are off to fellowship with our brothers behind the razor wire at the Fulton Reception & Diagnostic Center

I am reluctant to use the word prison, because so many outside the razor wire are in a prison of their own. Prison isn’t a location… prison is a situation where a person is in bo***ge to something. Many men and women leave the Department of Corrections still in prison.. still in bo***ge or chained to a habit or circumstance. Tonight we will probably see half of the men we see that have been previously incarcerated because of this .. coming back to incarceration again ..Leaving the razor wire is simply being released from confinement of a certain area. Freedom from the prisons we put ourselves in is found in Jesus Christ and the life surrendered to Him.

Galatians 5:1 It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.( or bo***ge ) once Christ sets you free, we never have to be in prison again🙌

Tonight we pray , Jesus, do what only You can do.. may the men tonight find reason to leave the prison that they placed themselves in before they walk out of the confinement of the Department of Corrections 🙏🙌❤️

And we are off .. going to go have church with our sisters at Chillicothe Correctional Center on this beautiful day that the Lord has made. ..

Jesus says “The one who comes to me I will by no means cast out “!! John 6:37.

What an awesome promise. Has there ever been an instance of our Jesus casting out one who is coming to Him ?Let me answer that. There has NEVER been one and there never will be. Among the lost souls in Hell , there is not one that can say, “ I went to Jesus and He refused me”
He receives sinners, He turns away none.We come to Him in weakness and sin, with trembling faith, small knowledge, and slender hope, but He does not cast us out. We come by prayer, and that prayer may be broken, we come with confession and that confession may be faulty,we come with praise and that praise may fall short of His merits;but yet he receives us🙌❤️

May these women tonightvcome to Him who never casts us out.We covet your prayers for tonight’s service and we pray... Jesus , do what only You can do🙏
