Off to the Algoa Correctional Center with my good friend and brother Casey from Freeway Ministries in Springfield. It’s always an honor to walk into a prison with him… I know the word of God will be preached and through that ,lives will be touched and changed.

Jesus, we ask You to do what only You can do 🙏🙌❤️

God has a peculiar passion for the the forgotten. What the world writes off, God picks up. Why did He pick you? He wanted to. No matter how long you've waited or how much time you've wasted, you are His .And He has a place for you.

But I will hope continually, and will praise You yet more and more.

Hey Chillicothe Correctional Center…Ready or not , here we come .. armed with the life changing Word of God !!🙌❤️

Alot of times God's timing often differs from ours, and His plans are sometimes far too great for us to understand this side of heaven.

But we can trust that they will also exceed our highest expectations and our wildest dreams.

May these ladies tonight and anybody we experience on the way there or the way home realize the power of God and what He’s able to do with anyone ..anywhere .. when we put our trust in Him and wait on His plan and perfect timing Jesus we ask You as always to do what only You can do🙏🙌❤️

HIS POWER IS STILL AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO WILL BELIEVE IT, RECEIVE IT AND RELEASE IT.

For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1st Corinthians 1:18

And off we go for a little Servant Leadership class at Jefferson City Correctional Center this afternoon and then back tonight to fellowship with our brothers behind the razor wire.

I am reluctant to use the word prison, because so many outside the razor wires are in a prison of their own. Prison isn’t a location… prison is a situation where a person is in bo***ge to something. Many men and women leave the Missouri Department of Corrections still in prison.. still in bo***ge or chained to a habit or circumstance. Leaving the razor wire is simply being released from confinement to a certain area. Freedom from the prisons we put ourselves in is found in Jesus Christ and the life surrendered to Him.

Galatians 5:1 It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.( or bo***ge ) once Christ sets you free, we never have to be in prison again🙌

Today we pray , Jesus, do what only You can do.. may men today and tonight find reason to leave the prison that they placed themselves in before they walk out of the confinement of the Department of Corrections 🙏🙌❤️

We are in Farmington, Missouri heading to the Farmington Correctional Center for an early service and you know what I say..
The early bird .. gets the word😊 and a 2nd service at 1 PM..

We have often seen many people who want Jesus to save them so they can go to Heaven, while also wanting to remain in control of their own life. But, real salvation doesn't work like that.
When Jesus saves your life, He also takes control of your life. He is both Savior and Lord.

Jesus, we pray that these men we will encounter this morning are or not not looking just for a trip to heaven but that are looking for a Savior and Lord who will change their life forever.. we ask as always that You do what only You can do🙏🙌❤️

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Psalm 147:3

On the road again 😊 headed up to Bowling Green this afternoon to visit with our brothers at Northeast Correctional Center and down to Potosi Correctional Center this evening and then over to Farmington Correctional Center tomorrow for two services.

We thank you and continue to ask for your prayers for safe road travels and prayers for these men that if God beckons them to come ti Him ,that they would answer him.. Jesus we surrender this time to You ,move us out-of-the-way and do what only You can do🙏❤️🙌

ONLY JESUS CHRIST
CAN SATISFY THE DEEPEST NEEDS OF THE HUMAN HEART.

Tonight is church night at the Algoa Correctional Center🙌❤️

The thought for today …

This is how we know we are in [Jesus]: Whoever claims to live in Him must walk as Jesus did. — 1 John 2:5-6

Do you want to know who walks with Jesus daily? Look for folks whose lives resemble Jesus' life! The apostle Paul describes it as having "the aroma of Christ" (2 Corinthians 2:14-17). Do you want to walk with Jesus? Do you want to develop this aroma? Pursue Jesus; obey what He taught, and follow His example as revealed in His life in the Gospels. See how He treated people; then do the same! Notice how He defeated Satan and overcame temptation; trust that you can do the same! As you pursue Jesus in these ways, you will find that Jesus is not only walking with you, but He is also working through you as the Holy Spirit transforms you to become increasingly like Him .

Would you join me in praying this prayer ..Stir my spirit, O God, and empower me with your Spirit to live a life of integrity and purity like Jesus. Please give me a heart for people like your Son Jesus has. Help me to not only see their needs and hear their cries but also to respond with love and compassion. In the name of my Savior Jesus, I pray. Amen.🙏🙌❤️

Tonight, God, as we go into the prison to fellowship with these men, may they see Jesus in us and desire to have that themselves .. remove everything that is of this world from us tonight so that we take nothing in but Your precious life-giving and life-changing word .🙏🙌❤️

What a blessing it is for Eunice and I to do what we get to do ..anytime you can sit in the presence of God and watch Him change lives right before you is pretty amazing… I like to say we have front row seats in God’s Theatre of Grace..🙌❤️

Tonight we are in Fulton at the Reception & Diagnostic Center center ..where the journey through the prison system to do the time assigned by the courts begins for men who find themselves incarcerated.. our prayer is that this will be the last time each of these men would have to experience beginning a prison sentence. That they would surrender to Jesus and serve Him the rest of their days instead of serving time.. all I can say is “Sic em Jesus “ .. do what only You can do🙏🙌❤️

It’s time to road trip to the Tipton Correctional Center and have church with the men tonight . Praying for all of us to gain more wisdom , knowledge and understanding of the Awesome God we serve . Jesus do what only you can do🙏🙌❤️

Proverbs 2: 1 My son, if you will receive my words And treasure my commandments within you,
2 Make your ear attentive to wisdom, Incline your heart to understanding;
3 For if you cry for discernment, Lift your voice for understanding;
4 If you seek her as silver And search for her as for hidden treasures;
5 Then you will discern the fear of the Lord And discover the knowledge of God.
6 For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.

You can know what God's word says, but it won't bring you true victory until you believe it in your heart. Ask God to help you go beyond just hearing the word, and watch the transformation that takes place when you apply it.

Jesus do what only you can do and help any of us that is looking anywhere else to fix our eyes on you🙏🙌❤️

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. [Hebrews 12:2]
