One of the strangest contradictions of modern parenting is hearing people complain nonstop about the culture their kids are growing up in while outsourcing so much of their kids' formation to that very culture.

If social media is raising them, entertainment is disciplining them, influencers are shaping their values, and algorithms are holding their attention, then culture isn't just surrounding your children, it's parenting them.

You can't spend years handing over your child's time, imagination, and worldview to the culture and then act shocked when they start reflecting it.

Culture will always teach. The question is whether parents are teaching more.

If we want different outcomes, we have to offer more than criticism of the culture. We have to provide an alternative: our presence, our example, our conversations, our values, and our involvement.

The culture that raises your kids will eventually become the culture they reproduce.

65-80% of babies diagnosed with Down syndrome in the U.S. are killed by abortion. In Iceland, that number is 100%. These are little boys and girls, violently murdered in the womb just because they have a disability. Many pro-abortion doctors pressure parents to go through with it, labeling it as "compassionate" or "merciful."

But this is what that "compassion" looks like: starving your baby to death via the abortion pill, dismembering them limb from limb, or injecting them with poison given to death row inmates.

No child deserves to die because of a diagnosis. They deserve unconditional love, care, and protection. Ban abortion now.
