What a funtabulous Friday the Lighthouse staff had! We built and flew paper airplanes, built spaghetti noodle and marshmallow structures and safely built an egg nest for the egg toss! Thank you Emily for planning this afternoon of camaraderie! Sharing in light moments is important because it builds trust, lowers stress, and helps teams work better together.

📣Good Friday Morning! To our patrons, both the Sedalia and Warrensburg offices will close early today for staff development and training. Sedalia office will close at 11am and the Warrensburg office will close at noon. Have a safe weekend and we will see everyone on Monday! 📣

💜Every August 31, International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD) brings a global community together to take action on overdose.
It is a global platform that provides tools, resources and a space for communities to connect and drive change.

Please join us for this community event in Sedalia at the Pettis County Courthouse to honor lives lost, educate families, friends and peers, and explore overdose prevention solutions. 💜

🥎 On August 1st, the Warrensburg and Sedalia communities came together for a fun and friendly softball showdown! A huge shoutout to our peer Joshua for coordinating the event and bringing together so many wonderful vendors and sponsors. Special thanks to Heather Blanchard with Cross Country Mortgage, Colton’s Steakhouse, Open Door Pantry and Los Volcanos for helping make the day a success. Equipment was loaned by Holy Smokes Outreach, Smith Cotton High School, and Mirror Jesus Ministries. Thank you! It was an incredible day of teamwork, laughter, and community spirit. 🥎
