To celebrate Spectra Credit Union's 80th anniversary, the Jamaur Law Foundation is proud to announce a special partnership to help local students build brighter financial futures! 🎉

Through this initiative, the Foundation will provide 25–50 students with a $25 opening deposit to establish a Stellar Teen Checking Account at Spectra Credit Union, giving them a head start on learning the importance of saving, budgeting, and managing their money responsibly.

We're excited to partner with Spectra Credit Union to invest in the next generation and help young people take their first steps toward financial independence!

🔨 FCF Joins Jamaur Law Foundation to Bring Financial Wellness Resources to Future Skilled Trades Professionals 💰

Last Thursday morning, FedChoice Charitable Foundation Executive Director Andrey Gidaspov, Ph.D., CUDE, and FedChoice Federal Credit Union Membership Coordinator Janet Jones joined the Jamaur Law Foundation for a financial literacy session with participants in a Washington, D.C., construction apprenticeship program.

Andrey highlighted FCF community impact programs, including the Financial Pathways Program, funded by the Foundation for Financial Planning, which provides individuals with a unique opportunity to connect with Certified Financial Planner™ professionals for three pro bono financial planning sessions on any financial topic. Janet shared information about FedChoice checking and savings products, along with valuable financial education resources.

Participants were highly engaged, asking thoughtful questions about saving, budgeting, credit building, and financial goal setting. Together, we celebrated the credit union movement's People Helping People philosophy in action, demonstrating the power of partnerships to strengthen financial well-being in our communities.
