💚Last night’s Cooking Demo was all about Self-Control—both in the kitchen and in life!
We served up a delicious plate of baked chicken, yellow rice with veggies, garden salad, and southern-style potato salad, while having a powerful discussion on managing self control, self discipline, and stayingconsistent.
