There’s something powerful about being in a room where you feel seen, supported, and understood. 💜✨

This is what sisterhood, wellness, and community look like at Our Sisters’ Circle.
Hear it from the women who experienced it for themselves. 🌿

What if the joy you’ve been searching for was never actually lost? 💜🌱
During her session, Rooted in Joy: Finding Your Bluebird Through Sustainable Wellness, Jamie T. Cook invited us to think differently about what it means to truly be well.
She walked us through five roots of sustainable wellness: positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment, reminding us that wellness isn’t something we suddenly arrive at. It’s something we intentionally tend to.
Her Bluebird metaphor carried a beautiful reminder throughout the session: sometimes we spend so much time searching outside of ourselves for happiness, purpose, or belonging that we forget what has been within us all along.
Find grace in the everyday. Move your body. Lean on your sisters. Stay connected to your purpose. Celebrate your wins.
Your joy is still there. Your purpose is still there. Your song was never lost. 💜
Thank you, Jamie, for reminding our sisters:
I am planted. I am growing. I am enough. 🌱

What if rest wasn’t something we had to earn? 💜
During her session, Nourishing the Soul: The Link Between Rest, Ritual, and Resilience, Sharron Dean reminded us that taking care of ourselves goes far beyond simply getting more sleep.
Physical. Mental. Emotional. Spiritual. Social. Sensory. Creative. There are so many ways our minds, bodies, and souls may be asking us to rest.
And perhaps one of the most powerful reminders from her message was this: resilience isn’t only forged through struggle. It’s cultivated through the intentional practices of rest and rituals we give ourselves every day.
Thank you, Sharron, for reminding our sisters that slowing down, creating meaningful rituals, and nourishing ourselves are not signs of weakness. They are part of how we continue to grow. 🌱💜
Rest. Develop rituals. Cultivate resilience.

Our bodies are always communicating with us. The question is, are we listening? 💜
During her session, Our Bodies, Our Balance: Navigating Women’s Health Through Every Season, Dr. Gladys reminded us that our physical and mental health cannot be separated.
From fertility and fibroids to heavy bleeding, menopause, stress, and the emotional toll of feeling unheard in healthcare spaces, Black women deserve care that considers the whole person, not just a list of symptoms.
Her message was a powerful reminder to advocate for ourselves. Ask questions. Pay attention to changes in your body. Seek second opinions when necessary. And never feel like you have to accept being dismissed when you know something doesn’t feel right.
Thank you, Gladys, for empowering our sisters to move through every season with greater knowledge, confidence, and self-trust. 💜🌱

What you see is not always the whole story. 💜
Behind the smiles, success, leadership, confidence, and accomplishments, there can be wounds no one else sees.
During her session, After Ruin: Rooted, O’nari Jackson challenged us to look beyond the surface, examine the assumptions we make about others, and remember that our hardest experiences do not get the final say over who we become.
The storm may have been real. The pain may have been real. But so is the growth that can come after it.
Thank you, O’nari, for creating space for honesty, reflection, healing, and the reminder that even after devastation, we can still be rooted, still be growing, and still have purpose. 🌱

What does your seat at the table look like?
During her session, The Tables We Build, Iris Drayton-Spann reminded us that we don’t have to wait for permission to create the work, opportunities, and spaces we know we deserve.
Get clear on your vision. Build your confidence. Find your community. Protect your energy. And most importantly, stop waiting until you feel “ready enough.”
Because sometimes the goal isn’t finding your seat at someone else’s table. It’s having the courage to build your own and bringing other women with you. 🌱💜
Thank you, Iris, for reminding us of the power of knowing our value, creating opportunity, and working together.

One of the most powerful reminders from Tiffany McIntyre’s message was this:
“Self-trust is built through continuous moments of choosing not to abandon yourself.” 💜
For so many women, we’ve learned to put everyone else’s needs before our own. We’ve questioned our intuition, ignored our boundaries, and silenced the signals our bodies were trying to send us.
Tiffany challenged us to begin rebuilding that relationship with ourselves by slowing down, listening inward, and trusting what our bodies are communicating.
Healing begins when we stop abandoning ourselves.
Thank you, Tiffany, for reminding us that growing in wellness starts with self-trust. 🌿
