Sierra Reed is a Peer Mentor at Vermont State University’s Johnson Campus who brings kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care to everything she does. Whether she’s helping with classwork, connecting students to campus resources, attending events, or stepping in to support her fellow mentors, Sierra is always focused on helping students succeed. She loves working with College Steps because she gets to support students, build meaningful connections, and learn alongside them.
