On Friday, our team wrapped up two weeks of training in Westborough, MA. The officers who trained with us are now better prepared for the critical incidents they may one day face.

That preparation extends beyond the officers in the room. It strengthens the communities they serve and the lives they're responsible for protecting.

This week, we trained officers from 4 different departments through scenario-based, hands-on training. Officers worked side by side, practicing real-world situations and building skills they can apply in the field.

Thank you to every officer who showed up ready to work, and to the departments that made this collaboration possible.

In training, mistakes are part of the process. In the real world, they can have consequences.

Today marks Day 4 of training. After completing range competency earlier this week, students are now putting those skills to work in realistic, scenario-based environments.

Here, officers can make mistakes, reset, and try again. They can repeat the same situations, refine their movements, and build confidence with each repetition.

That opportunity to practice, learn, and repeat is what makes hands-on training so valuable.
