Justin Kukowski Foundation Provide financial grants to support cancer patients and families when dealing with the high cost and loss of income while battling cancer.

How to contact us to find help. Last year we formed a partnership with Ridgeview Hospitals and Clinics and since have added St. Francis Hospitals and Clinics. The social services departments at each hospital inform and assist patients applying for grants on the foundation website. We also receive requests through word of mouth or may personally reach out to families we hear about. There are no paid positions within the foundation. Family members and people connected to Justin volunteer their time and talents. Because of this greater than 96% of money donated goes to cancer patients.
