The City of Victoria is always looking for ways to improve services and create a smoother experience for our community. As part of this effort, the Victoria Recreation Center (VRC) will be transitioning to a cashless payment system starting June 1, 2026.

This change is designed to make visits to the VRC faster, safer, and more convenient for guests. By focusing on digital and card-based transactions, the VRC can reduce wait times at the front desk and allow guests to spend more time enjoying the facility’s amenities. Moving away from cash will also help limit the risks associated with handling and storing physical currency.
