This Thursday & Friday, MORA hosted a People Planning Together training sponsored by The Arc Minnesota! 💙

People Planning Together is a training developed by and for people who experience life with disabilities. The training guides participants through hands-on discovery of the things that matter most to them and what they want for their lives.

The training is led by people with disabilities alongside a support trainer, and each participant brings a support person to experience the training with them. Participants leave with an individually developed plan that can help guide conversations with family, friends, and their support teams or circles in their day-to-day lives.

We are so lucky to have wonderful connections in our community that help make meaningful, person-centered events like this possible! Thank you, The Arc Minnesota, for making this training opportunity available to our community! 💙✨

Help support youth experiencing mental health crises in a community-based setting and make a meaningful difference every day.
Multiple openings:
💰 $25 - $28/hour starting salary
➕ +$2/hour weekend differential
➕ +$1/hour overnight differential
💵 $1,500 retention bonus for full-time employees
🕐 Full-time schedule includes a mix of 7am–3pm and 2pm–10pm, with every other weekend required
