More Than a Sponsorship - It's an Investment in Local Healthcare

Gold Sponsorship is $1200.00 and includes premium logo placement on all signage, banners, website and event materials; 1 complimentary team of 4 players with two carts; 1/4 page ad in program; option to include your company swag item in Swag Bag and custom signage at 2 tee boxes.

Silver Sponsorship is $600 and includes your company logo on all printed materials, social media and website. With the sponsorship, you get custom signage at 1 tee box.

Bronze Sponsorship is $250 and includes your logo on the event program and a DHF website and Facebook site social media mention.
