400+ miles. 3 days. And every night, a place to recover. 🚴🏾‍♂️💨

After riding 100+ miles in a day, a hot shower, a clean room and a comfortable bed mean EVERYTHING.

From Cocoa Beach, to West Palm, to Hotel Rendale in Miami Beach as the perfect cherry on top 🍒🌴 made sure recovery was one less thing we had to worry about.

Thank you for believing in Brake The Psychol
and supporting the journey. 🤝🏾❤️

The miles were ours to ride, but we didn’t ride them alone.

400 miles to Miami. Mission complete. 🌴🚲

Someone sent us a message today that really sat with us:

“Depression hates a moving target.”

She told us this journey inspired her
to get back on her bike and
THAT is what we do this for.

This was never just about the miles or making it to Miami. It was about showing that fear, doubt, circumstances whatever the barrier may be doesn’t get the final say.

To everyone who followed, donated, sponsored a mile, shared, prayed, checked on us or simply believed in what we’re building… THANK YOU. We felt every bit of it.

We started Brake The Psychol with one belief:

Any barrier can be broken.

400 miles later, we believe it even more.

The Vice City Ride is complete. The mission is not.

Breaking Cycles. Building Futures. 🖤

Sometimes support isn’t a check ,
sometimes it’s somebody asking,
“What can I do with what I have?”

We’re still building. Still growing. And every person or business that chooses to believe in the mission at this stage becomes part of the foundation we’re standing on.

Appreciate you, , for believing in what we’re building and finding your own way to pour into it. 🤝🏾

Every cycle isn’t broken overnight.

Sometimes the people leading
the mission have to pause and
do the work themselves.

been holding down the fort, has been breaking a few cycles of his own. That’s what Brake The Psychol has always been about, not pretending to have it all figured out, but doing the work, even when nobody’s watching.

We’re both back to work. Let’s keep breaking cycles. 🧠🚴🏾‍♂️💙

“Don’t cast your sorrow on me.”

That was one of the most powerful
things bro said during our conversation.
So often, we look at someone
who’s experienced tragedy and
immediately assume we know how they feel.

We project our fears, our sadness,
what we think life would be like in their shoes.

But what if they don’t need our pity?

In this episode of Good Job Dad,
Jonathan shares how a life-changing
accident never changed who he was.
He talks about fatherhood, identity, resilience, and why he refuses to let anyone else’s perception define his reality.

We didn’t become a nonprofit just to add
another title behind our name.

The Brake The Psychol Foundation was created so the relationships we build, the money we raise, and the support we receive can directly fund the work
happening in our communities.

Youth mentorship. Mental wellness through endurance. Fatherhood initiatives. Scholarships. Community programs.

Becoming an official 501(c)(3) means we can now accept tax-deductible donations, pursue grants, build corporate partnerships, and create sustainable programs with measurable impact.

We’re looking to connect with businesses, organizations, schools, community leaders, and individuals who believe in breaking cycles and building stronger futures.

Want a digital copy of our Community Impact Report? Drop your email below or send us a DM.

Let’s build something that lasts.

You don’t accidentally ride 400 miles.
You earn it.
The Vice City Ride won’t be won in Florida.
It’ll be won in every workout, every training ride,
and every decision between now and then.

Huge shoutout to my brother Coach B. Jones
& Fifth Quarter Athletics & Training for believing in the mission before the finish line.
