As adults, a lot of us spend more time
at work than we do at home.
And after a while… that can affect you mentally whether you realize it or not.
This isn’t about being lazy or not wanting to work. It’s about protecting your peace while carrying responsibilities, paying bills, taking care of family, and trying to still show up for yourself too.
A lot of people are silently exhausted.
So this is your reminder:• Use your PTO• Learn your job benefits• Take your mental health seriously• Move your body• Talk to somebody• Find something outside of work that gives you peace
