In 1985, in Union County, New Jersey, Pat Hembree and Judith Marshall had the same dream for their children...and they formed a group which became known as the Greater Union County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc and was installed in September 1986 by the National organization ... Over three decades later, the phenomenal mothers of the Greater Union County Chapter are still living the dream!
