We have the best trainers for our Veterans. These dedicated coach's don't just prepare amazing workouts, with amazing motivational quotes. These coach's also modify these workouts to fit any and all Veterans health concerns.
To thank our wonderful coach's they were given East Texas Veterans Resource Centers ETVRC amazing new Vet Tshirt.
And coach Jude had mentioned If we got her ears, she would wear at next workout in August. If want to see that, come on out.

Another amazing workout was had today at Adaptive Foundation by APEC . Coach's Brandon and Jude put together another amazing "Veteran Power" workout.
We will be taking a small break from our Veteran workouts, for the summer. We will be back end of July/beginning August. Stay tuned for more info.

This past Saturday we had our amazing workout class taught by Coach Jude, the workout she calls "Veteran Power".
Another amazing workout, with great people and great comradery.
Our great Friends 5 Star Nutrition Tyler stopped by with pre workout drinks for our Veterans, which was much needed.
Our next workout for our Veterans, First Responders and their families will be at 1300, 16 May.

Today we hosted our Veteran Workout in conjunction with East texas Veterans Resource Center. The weather couldnt stop, Coach Jude put together another amazing workout thats being nicknamed "VETERAN POWER". Critics are calling it: Amazing, exhausting and fun for the whole family.
Next "VETERAN POWER" workout is scheduled for 1300 on 2 May. Please help us spread the word and get as many Veterans, First Responders and their families to come out.
Our motto as always is: ITS NOT ABOUT THE WORKOUT, ITS ABOUT THE VETERAN.
