Exciting news! 🎉
Today, we're excited to share an incredible milestone. SocialWorx has officially partnered with Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare System, our Local Mental Health Authority serving East Texas. Through this partnership, we are strengthening the continuum of mental health care by ensuring individuals receive the support that best fits their needs.
Andrews Behavioral Health is the designated Local Mental Health Authority serving Smith, Henderson, Rains, Van Zandt, and Wood counties. Through comprehensive behavioral health services, crisis response, prevention, recovery programs, and partnerships with community organizations, Andrews works to improve the health and well-being of East Texans while helping individuals and families access the care they need.
As part of this collaboration, Andrews Behavioral Health's Care Coordination team will refer eligible adults who do not meet the criteria for their primary service diagnoses—Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, or Major Depressive Disorder—to SocialWorx. Those individuals will be connected with our Mental Health Navigation program, where they'll receive personalized guidance, resource connections, assistance finding a provider, and ongoing support as they navigate their mental health journey.
This milestone represents much more than new partnerships - they represent trust.
