Comparing ourselves to others often leads to feelings of inadequacy, inferiority, or superiority, which can rob us of fulfillment, hinder growth, and diminish self love.
Instead of comparing, practice gratitude, focus on personal strengths, and celebrate personal milestones. You should always be focused on surpassing the latest version of yourself. You are your own competition, no one else's. Grow into the best version of yourself, heal your inner child, train your mind to evolve into something better than what you are used to or comfortable with, love yourself.
